A great place to enjoy yourself at any time of the year! Our country cottage is centrally located in Historic Clifton approximately 1 mile from the beautiful Tennessee River, 2 miles from the acclaimed Bear Trace Golf Course, and close to all local amenities. An Ideal location for a fun filled family vacation, golfing with friends, or a romantic getaway. This comfortable home has been recently refurbished and is charmingly decorated throughout with antique furniture. The property has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 9 guests. The two upper bedrooms can be closed off for smaller groups.
The master suite has 1 Queen Bed. The downstairs bedroom has 1 full size bed. Upper bedroom #1 has 1 double bed and one twin bed. Upper bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds. There is one bathroom with bathtub, shower. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee-maker, and toaster. There is also a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer plus 1/2 bath. Cable T.V. and telephone services are provided. For your relaxation, rocking chairs and a porch swing adorn the front deck. To the rear of the property, there is a storage building, ideal for bicycles, canoes, hunting gear, hot tub etc... The driveway is large enough to accommodate boat parking.
